Vladimir Kushnir, MD, FACG, earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah and medical degree with AOA distinction from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Following medical school, he completed his internship, residency, fellowship, and advanced endoscopy training at Washington University in St Louis. He has remained on faculty at Washington University, where he is a Professor of Medicine and DIrector of Interventional and Bariatric Endoscopy. Dr. Kushnir's practice focuses on Endoscopic Bariatric Therapy, EUS, ERCP, as well as advanced endoscopic resection, and his research focuses on patient outcomes in interventional endoscopy and novel endoscopic technology.
