Muhamad Nadeem Yousaf, MD, is a Gastroenterology chief fellow at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Dr. Yousaf received his medical degree from Punjab Medical College-University of Health Sciences Pakistan. He completed his research fellowship in digestive diseases at Yale University School of Medicine, internal medicine residency from MedStar Health Baltimore and hepatology fellowship from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Dr. Yousaf served as an associate editor of ACG Case Reports Journal 2023-2024 and current co-editor in chief of ACGCRJ. He also serves on national committees including ACG Digital Communications and Publications Committee, and ASGE DDW Video Plenary and World Cup Committee 2023-2024. He received outstanding fellow scholar award, ACG outstanding poster presenter award, presidential poster of distinction at the Liver meeting and research award of the year during residency. His research interest includes therapeutic endoscopy, Endo-hepatology, bariatric endoscopy, and pancreatobiliary disorders.
