Shilpa Grover, MD, FACG, is the founding Director of the Onco-Gastroenterology Program in the Division of Gastroenterology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. Dr. Grover specializes in the management of cancer patients with pre-existing gastrointestinal (GI) disease and those who develop GI complications during the course of cancer treatment. She is the gastroenterology lead for the Immune Toxicity Working Group at Dana-Farber/Brigham Cancer Center. Her research interest is the GI, pancreatic, and hepatic toxicities of cancer immunotherapy. Dr. Grover’s work has been published in JAMA, JAMA Oncology, Journal of Clinical Oncology, Gastroenterology, Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology, and Cancer. She serves on the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) Educational Affairs Committee and the ACG Practice Parameter GRADE subcommittee. She is an editorial board member for Inflammatory Bowel Diseases.
