Endoscopy School Hands-On Workshop Directors: Christine Y. Hachem, MD, FACG, and Ronald K. Hsu, MD, FACG
The always-popular FREE Endoscopy School Hands-on Workshop Center sessions will again be offered in the Exhibit Hall, Sunday – Tuesday. Learn from expert faculty who will demonstrate techniques using a wide variety of equipment and products. Attendees will have an opportunity to practice using the equipment. Additionally, trainee-only and resident-only sessions will be offered. Pre-registration is required for all sessions, and a limited number of spaces are available for each session. In-person attendees may only register for one session per day.
Stations will include ERCP, New Ultrasound Technology (liver scan and IBD US), Advanced Technology (Stenting / POEM), Mucosal Ablation, EMR/Polypectomy, Hemorrhoid Therapy, EUS, Foreign Body Removal, as well as other options.
The Endoscopy School Hands-on Workshop Center will be open: Sunday, 3:45 pm – 7:00 pm Monday, 10:00 am – 4:40 pm Tuesday, 10:00 am – 4:30 pm
A special GI Fellows session will be offered on Monday, 7:45 am – 9:30 am.
Special Resident sessions will be offered on Sunday, 4:00 pm – 5:50 pm, on Monday, 10:30 am – 12:20 pm, 2:45 pm – 4:35 pm, and on Tuesday, 2:00 pm – 3:50 pm.
Online registration for all hands-on sessions will open the day before the session. Registration for Sunday sessions will open on Saturday at 12:10 pm (Eastern time). Registration for Monday sessions will open on Sunday at 7:00 am (Eastern time). Registration for Tuesday sessions will open on Monday at 6:30 am (Eastern time).
Hands-On Endoscopy Sessions do not offer CME. Limited space available.
Plus, don't miss the EndoTitans Hands-on Challenge taking place Sunday, October 27 from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm in the Hands-on Workshop Center. The EndoTitans Challenge is an opportunity for fellows to demonstrate both their knowledge and technical abilities in endoscopy. The challenge begins over the summer with a preliminary knowledge round open to all second- and third-year fellows. The top scoring fellows from each year are then invited to participate in a skills challenge. Winners will take home both bragging rights and a travel grant for ACG 2025. Join us in the Endoscopy School Hands-On Workshop Center of the Exhibit Hall to cheer on the competitors.
